The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Leader to join our team as a Principal Engineer. As a key member of our Engineering Practice, you will play a crucial role in shaping our technical strategy and driving the development of our integration roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead high-level technical design decisions and ensure alignment with ASB's technical strategies and roadmaps.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues within the Business Bank workstream, providing expert guidance to resolve challenges on integration.
  • Collaborate with Architecture, Platforms, Technology Leadership, and Discovery teams to shape technical strategies and roadmaps specific to Integration with Salesforce and nCino.
  • Partner closely with Program leadership to ensure technology implementation and delivery align with business goals and timelines.

About You

We value your proven initiative, problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A background as an Engineering leader or Architect with experience in modern tech environments.
  • Experience working on Salesforce Integrations, developing RESTful APIs, and participating in Cloud transformations.
  • Expert knowledge of Public Cloud providers like Azure or AWS and an understanding of Cloud security and governance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with tech and non-tech people.
