Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Development Engineer to join our Technology Development team within the Business Unit Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger (GPHE). In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of scouting and developing breakthrough technologies that address new and existing challenges with fresh technical solutions. You will lead innovation, collaborate broadly, and manage projects that redefine the future of heat exchange technology.
Responsibilities
- Explore and develop cutting-edge technologies that meet industry needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive project success.
- Manage large and small projects that deliver significant business value.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in mechanical engineering or a similar field, as well as experience in innovation and technology development. Proficiency in 3D CAD and project management is essential, with knowledge of mechatronics and/or FE-analysis tools being a strong plus. You must be a curious, driven, and enthusiastic problem solver with excellent communication skills.
