**Job Description:

The successful applicant will receive full on-the-job training on our systems from our skilled and knowledgeable team when it comes to supporting our property management team.

**Role Requirements:*

  • You must have at least 2 years experience in property management, and/or property management administration to be considered for the role.
  • Prior education in property management is a bonus but not required.

**Responsibilities:

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

* Bonuses attached to rent arrears

* Banking, accounts & invoicing

* Daily reconciliation

* Notifying property managers of rental arrears, sending initial reminders and 14 day notices

* General office administration

* Preparing documents and record keeping

* System management and data entry

* Payment of suppliers

* Accurate input to Palace of new owners and tenants details as well as sending the welcome packs – Management contracts & new tenancy agreements

* Vacating all exiting tenants and owners/properties

* Processing all notices from tenants, date changes, and ensuring charges are processed

* Accurate processing of charges – as outlined in Management Agreements

* Processing charges when renewals occur

Additionally, you will assist with the portfolio as/when required with:

* Property Viewings

* Inspections

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* The drive and ability to set up smooth-running administrative processes

* Prior experience in a similar role

* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

* Excellent organisational skills

* Strong computer skills and understanding of Palace and tenancy portals
