FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer III to join our Learning and Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative and effective training solutions that meet the needs of our employees and business objectives.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and technical writing. They must also possess excellent communication and project management skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
In this role, you will create and maintain training materials, including instructor-led courses, computer-based training, and compliance wire curricula. You will also support job task analysis and training needs analysis, update training plans, and design and implement L&D processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and effective training solutions that meet employee and business needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content.
- Maintain compliance wire curricula and ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Support job task analysis and training needs analysis to identify training gaps and opportunities.
- Design and implement L&D processes and tools to enhance training effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field and 3+ years with training responsibility OR
- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology or related field and 5+ years with training responsibility.
