We are proud to offer an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Support Specialist to join our ZURU Toys team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to our global marketing team, ensuring the smooth implementation of marketing strategies.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our global marketing team. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar administrative role within a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

  • Support Global Marketing Team
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Manage flow and allocation of assets as they are created and developed.
  • Maintain global marketing and product QR codes.
  • Maintain ZURU Toys website.

Core Roles & Responsibilities

  • Asset Management
  • Assist with regular maintenance of the asset management system for assigned brands.
  • Support on licensor approvals of any global asset.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role within a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Preferable to hold relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field.
