The role is based in Palmerston North, within the Community Corrections Hub. As a psychologist, you will work with a supportive team to address complex challenges and make a real impact on the lives of individuals.

**Responsibilities**

  • Work with individuals at high risk of reoffending
  • Develop and implement interventions to support positive change
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective case management

**Requirements**

  • Dedicated and compassionate psychologist
  • Ability to connect with and motivate individuals for positive change
  • Commitment to continuous growth and collaborative teamwork

**Benefits**

  • $83,286 - $133,370 per annum salary range
  • Frontline Psychologists may also receive additional allowances and professional development funding
  • Five weeks of annual leave after one year of service, increasing to six weeks after four years of continuous service
