Auckland One Rail is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join their team in assisting with the testing of the City Rail Link project. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in demonstrating procedural and personnel readiness for the upcoming trial operations and emergency procedures.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting CRL testing, participating in the T&C phase, and validating processes. They will also identify gaps in current and proposed processes for new stations, ensuring they are ready for CRL Day 1 Operations. Additionally, the candidate will assist in training other CSTLs and the wider team after receiving comprehensive training in CRL Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support CRL testing and participate in the T&C phase to validate processes
  • Identify gaps in current and proposed processes for new stations
  • Assist in training other CSTLs and the wider team
  • Review Competency Management System documents to keep information up-to-date and compliant

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role in a similar industry, retail, or hospitality
  • At least 5+ years of team leader or supervisory experience overseeing a team of 10+ people
  • First aid trained or ability to obtain
  • NZQA Level 4 Workplace Assessor qualification or ability to attain
  • Ability to meet functional fitness requirements for working in CRL underground stations
