Job Description

The API Solutions Specialist will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative API solutions for our customers. As part of the Integration Centre for Enablement (C4E) Squad, you will work closely with delivery squads to co-design integrations in conformance to enterprise standards.

Your technical expertise will help consult delivery squads facing difficult integration implementation blockers and curate integration standards. You will also shape and oversee an integrations delivery life cycle process and lead communities of practice and training sessions.

A key requirement for this role is maintaining heatmaps that provide a health overview of the ecosystem. This will help drive prioritization and ensure that our API solutions meet the needs of our customers.
