Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain best practice standards and incorporate the seven Real Skills of Let's Get Real into your model of practice.
  • Participate on an after-hours on-call roster to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
  • Conduct assessments, interventions, therapy, and transition planning skills for adult consumers.
