Key Responsibilities

As a member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Preparation of menu items and ski area cuisine, following company recipes and Head Chef instructions
  • Mise-en-place preparation, ensuring adequate prep for timely service
  • Stock control and planning to minimise wastage
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communication with colleagues and front-of-house staff
  • Adhering to food safety protocols and maintaining a clean and tidy section and kitchen

Requirements

We're seeking individuals with previous experience in commercial or high-volume kitchens, holding a Food Safety or Basic Cookery certificate. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional results are essential.
