About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us on the afternoon shift (3:15pm - 11:15pm) and be part of a tight-knit family where our culture and values permeate every aspect of our work.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will report to the Sub-Assembly Line Foreman and perform various tasks including determining coil sizes, adjusting tooling, and loading programs into the Logic Processor.
  • You will select appropriate dies for pressing and expansion tasks, adjust tooling for bending tasks, and change tooling to suit specific requirements.
  • You will read and interpret technical drawings, including circuits, headers, and hairpin end plates, and measure the length and fin space of coils.
  • You will make adjustments to meet specifications and identify and cross-check drawings with fin spacing and fin length.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in machine operation, assembly, and maintenance.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • You will have experience working with machines for pipe work, cutting, and bending.
  • You will have computer literacy for programming machines and proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and dimensions.
  • You will have strong understanding of safe work practices and good team player skills.
