We are looking for enthusiastic and patient individuals to join our Enliven Homes as Health Care Assistants. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment, covering planned and unplanned absences, such as sickness and annual leave.

As a Health Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our residents in their daily living and social requirements. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing the highest standard of care to every resident
  • Supporting residents to maintain their independence and make decisions for themselves
  • Assisting with activities of daily living, following the Eden principles and the Domains of Wellbeing
  • Receiving instructions and tasks from the Registered Nurse
  • Ensuring residents' needs are met efficiently and effectively

You will also have opportunities for additional training and career advancement into positions of responsibility.
