This role involves leading design and development practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation in product development. You'll be responsible for defining detailed specifications, working closely with the engineering team, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree plus several years of experience in project management, business analysis, information architecture or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Extensive experience of leading design and development practices within a UX design or digital product or services company.
  • A great understanding of the concepts of product development, and user experience design as they relate to digital product and service design.
  • The ability to participate in a high-performance team-oriented environment to deliver sophisticated digital solutions.
  • Ability to serve as a subject matter expert as well as coach others in project management, delivery and release planning and launch activity.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong belief that tradies do important work and that supporting them to success is an awesome job.
  • A desire to do work that improves other people's lives, but also believe it should be fun.
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills.
  • The ability to document ideas, plans and detailed specifications.
  • The ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute to new ideas required in a diverse, fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.
  • Organisation and analytic skills, with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Great people skills (you'll know how to communicate with team members and have some fun).
