Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team. The successful candidate will work in partnership with patients to achieve their goals for physical fitness and provide high-level care to palliative patients in the community and our in-patient unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with patients to achieve their goals for physical fitness.
- Work alongside nurses and other members of the multidisciplinary team to provide a comprehensive service to patients.
- Maintain current and up-to-date knowledge of best physiotherapy practice in this area.
Requirements:
- A current practicing certificate.
- An interest and passion to work with patients and whanau with life-limiting illnesses.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Physiotherapist, or similar.
- Appropriate clinical experience.
- A moderate level of computer literacy.
