The Operational Delivery Lead Road Landscapes is responsible for providing effective administration and management of the Road Landscape contract. This position involves working closely with our teams, Tree Arborist, to provide support and information in various areas, ensuring quality standards and customer service expectations are met while achieving environmental, social, and economic efficiencies.
This role requires managing the capital and maintenance of the Transport Unit's Road landscape assets in the transport road corridor, providing expert technical advice, and collaborating with contractors to ensure that all work is completed to specification and to agreed quality standards.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A qualification in horticulture or extensive experience in a similar role
- 5 years of contract management experience
- A demonstrable knowledge of and passion for managing Road Landscape assets
- The ability to work self-directed as well as in a team environment
- Finance and project management experience
- Strong customer and relationship management skills
