About the Job

This is an ideal opportunity for a senior midwife with relevant leadership experience to step into. As the District Chief Midwife, you will be part of the local district leadership team and will have a critical position in providing and demonstrating leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in quality improvement projects or initiatives such as patient and whanau outcomes and experience, which give effect to Te Tiriti principles and equity-based frameworks
  • Experience in applying Matauranga Maori and Kaupapa Maori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings
