About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Hawke's Bay. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for conducting one-to-one assessments and treatments with individuals at high risk of reoffending.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to support clients' rehabilitation and well-being
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal outcomes
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
About You
We are looking for a resilient and compassionate psychologist who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Strong clinical skills and experience working with offenders or vulnerable populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Dedicated to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in forensic psychology
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of $83,286 - $133,370 per annum, plus opportunities for professional growth and development. As a valued member of our team, you will also enjoy:
- Five weeks of annual leave after one year of service, increasing to six weeks after four years of continuous service
