**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Leader to lead a team of experts responsible for evaluating hazardous substances applications into New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, working with stakeholders at all levels, and applying workflow and project management principles.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage a team of Senior Advisors and Advisors to ensure efficient evaluation of hazardous substances applications
  • Provide leadership, problem-solving support, and performance management to team members
  • Contribute to the EPA's overall organizational priorities and goals

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in people management and leadership
  • Strong understanding of workflow and project management principles
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a leadership team
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a related field
