About the Job

We're seeking an experienced Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team, providing specialist mental health services to children and adolescents in the Manawatū region.

You'll work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care, using evidence-based treatments and therapies to support the mental health and wellbeing of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist mental health services to children and adolescents, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care, using evidence-based treatments and therapies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and research in the field
