About the RoleThe Software Build Engineer will be responsible for the continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) of the avionics, ground systems, and production software for Rocket Lab's GNC Launch team. This includes automating the building, testing, and distribution of software.
The successful candidate will have experience with embedded software development, Linux and Windows system administration, Git, Redmine, Jira, Team City, GitLab CI, make, Bazel, cmake, and automake.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in a software development environment.
- Strong knowledge of build automation tools and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
