Disability Support Professional

CGR Services is a leading provider of disability, mental health, and addiction services in the lower North Island. We have a large team of over 550 staff and volunteers who work together to empower individuals and promote community inclusion.
We value flexibility and offer a supportive working environment where our staff can grow and develop their skills. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting others to maintain a high quality of life and home environment, while encouraging full participation within their community.
This is a fixed term position from November 2024 until February 2025, with potential for permanent employment at the end of the contract. You will be provided with a schedule in advance and must be available to work all shifts, including weekends and the Christmas period.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Flexibility to work all shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleepovers, and wakeovers)
- Availability over the Christmas and New Year period
- A current full driver's licence
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand
- Caring and kind nature with integrity to provide support to those from all walks of life
