The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior leadership role, with excellent leadership and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement health, safety, and wellbeing strategies.
- Provide expert guidance on risk management, compliance, and workplace wellbeing initiatives.
- Oversee incident reporting, investigation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead a team of HSW Leads and Administrators, fostering a culture of accountability and safety.

This is a permanent position for 40 hours per week, based at our National Service Centre in central Porirua, a short walk from the train station.
