Job Description

This is a permanent full-time position, rostered up to 40 hours across 5 days from Monday to Sunday. As a community and clinical pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing clinical services to patients in aged care facilities and the local hospice, participating in education sessions, and offering in-pharmacy and offsite vaccinations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • NZ qualified pharmacist with current APC
  • Postgraduate certificate or diploma in clinical pharmacy desirable but not essential
  • Experience or interest in providing clinical services, particularly in hospice, hospital, or aged care settings
  • Ability to practice sole charge
