About the Opportunity

Farmlands is seeking a seasoned expert to join its Innovation & Digital team. As a D365 CE Senior Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping tomorrow's solutions today.

You will work closely with business leaders and technical teams to evaluate processes, propose modifications, and implement new solutions to meet user needs. With Farmlands' commitment to leveraging Microsoft platforms, you will have unprecedented access to cutting-edge tools and expertise.

We are looking for a people person who can build and maintain relationships with teammates, external partners, and stakeholders. If you enjoy tackling technical challenges, working in a fast-paced environment, and possessing excellent communication and organisational skills, this role is perfect for you.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing, building, and delivering customer relationship management applications/solutions.
  • At least 5 years of relevant D365 CE/Dynamics CRM experience in functional consulting and systems analysis.
  • D365 CE knowledge of apps, particularly Sales and Customer Service.
  • Experience across elements of the Power Platform including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate.
