**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Magnetic Confinement Specialist to join our team at the Agency For Science, Technology And Research. As a specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of fusion research and contributing to cutting-edge projects.

**Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Design and execute experiments to study plasma-material interactions and exhaust.
  • Develop and apply computational models to simulate fusion plasmas and RF heating.
  • Contribute to grant proposals and publications.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners.

**Qualifications:

  • PhD in Physics or Plasma Physics with expertise in magnetic confinement fusion.
  • Knowledge in one of the following areas: plasma diagnostics, theoretical plasma physics, computational plasma physics, or programming languages like Python, C/C++, and Julia.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
