As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in developing numerical and optimization methods that underpin our simulation capabilities, including lap time simulation, DIL simulator, kinematic simulation, and telemetry data analysis.

We are looking for a highly skilled **Simulation Development Engineer** to join our team in Oxford District, UK. The successful candidate will have a strong background in numerical simulation and experience in developing simulation models, ideally within Formula 1 or a similar high-level motorsport environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent coding skills in C/C++ and have knowledge of other programming languages such as C#, Python, and Matlab. Experience in simulating nonlinear systems, particularly those defined by differential algebraic equations, is also essential. A good physical understanding of mechanics, knowledge of vehicle systems and dynamics, and expertise in multi-body simulation are highly desirable.
