The Role
In this position, you will ensure IT solutions support current and future business processes. You'll have the opportunity to demonstrate your D365 experience by developing, enhancing, optimising, and maintaining D365 to meet business requirements. You will work closely with colleagues across the business to document functional requirements and communicate how they will be delivered across releases. As a skilled communicator, you'll listen and ask questions to determine issues or needs, then explain complex concepts and metrics to non-technical people. Your ability to support users with informal and structured training will help them maximise system value and build confidence in any function.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain D365 solutions to meet business requirements
- Work closely with colleagues to document functional requirements and communicate delivery plans
- Provide user support and training to ensure system value is maximised
- Analyse and design solutions, participating in conversations and workshops to define, design, estimate, and schedule development tasks
Key Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience designing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and/or Business Central business solutions
- Experience using Azure, Power BI, and Power Apps
- System design, build, and implementation experience alongside project management
- Confidence in training others (individuals and groups)
- Excellent time management and planning skills, with the ability to work under minimal supervision, multi-task, and prioritise work
