We are currently seeking an Instrumentation Technician to join our team at Rosedale Wastewater Treatment Plant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that equipment is working properly, safely, and efficiently, and that instrumentation and control systems are functioning optimally.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate records of calibration or test results
  • Installing and commissioning new equipment
  • Responding to control system alarms as they arise
  • Notifying supervisors of any systems found to be at risk

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in instrumentation, a National Certificate in Industrial Instrumentation and Control Level 4 or equivalent, and experience with PLC, SCADA & DCS systems. You will also require excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
