Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Mövenpick Wellington. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests' rooms are clean, comfortable, and meet the highest standards of quality.

Your role will involve:

  • Cleaning assigned guestrooms to exacting standards
  • Providing exceptional service by anticipating and responding to guests' needs
  • Maintaining confidentiality and respecting guests' privacy
  • Ensuring that all guest supplies and amenities are replenished to the correct standards
  • Reporting any lost property or damage to hotel property

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A warm and caring personality with excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field (desired)
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
