Job Summary

This Data Administrator role requires a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team at Pendle View Medical Centre. You will be responsible for ensuring the practice meets the quality targets and clinical standards set by the practice and the wider NHS.

As a key member of the Management Team, you will work closely with GPs, Nurses, and Administration staff across the practice in multi-disciplinary teams to achieve this goal. Your primary duties include being aware of national, local, and practice quality standards for chronic disease management, maintaining a high standard of care using NICE guidance and the existing GP contract as a guide.

Main Responsibilities
  1. To produce information on performance and quality standards within the practice.
  2. To manage data quality issues, providing advice and guidance to all staff in the use of clinical systems.
  3. To perform complex data analysis and support the interpretation of clinical data using statistical techniques.
RequirementsQualifications and Skills
  • 4 GCSE grade A to C or equivalent (Including Maths and English).
  • Level 3 Diploma in IT/Business studies or Health and Social Care or equivalent.
