About the Role

You'll support commercial, financial planning and analysis to drive business performance as a Commercial Analyst, reporting to the CFO. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting across sales, operations, margin, inventory, and wages.
  • Providing financial modelling and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Analysing sales, gross profit (GP), and wages to assist in target setting.
  • Preparing daily and weekly reporting, tracking performance against key KPIs.
  • Development and reporting on key business metrics.
  • Assisting with month-end processes.
  • Assisting in managing the master data in ERP and reporting systems.
  • Analysing costs and supporting factory performance reviews.
  • Supporting other key departments in analysis and reporting for actionable insights.
  • Developing BI capabilities and delivering actionable insights.
  • Project implementation as and when required.
  • Preparing monthly reports for the CFO to support strategic planning.
