Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team as a Radiology Application Specialist. As a member of the South Island Regional Radiology Systems team, you will provide technical expertise and support to radiology applications throughout the region.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Offering technical guidance to teams across the South Island
  • Responding to customer inquiries over the phone or through our call-logging software
  • Partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders on project development and implementation
  • Conducting training sessions for staff on various applications and workflows
  • Participating in an on-call roster for after-hours support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Three years' experience working with health applications, particularly in Radiology systems
  • Experience in training, preferably in application training
  • A background in a large organization and/or fast-paced environment
