About the Job: As a maintenance technician at Filtration Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment. You will work closely with production workers, engineers, and other teams to identify and resolve equipment issues, implement preventive maintenance programs, and optimize production processes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and downtime
- Investigate and troubleshoot equipment issues to resolve problems efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and increase productivity
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Develop and implement training programs for equipment operators and maintenance personnel
What We Are Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in a maintenance or technical role
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
