In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to frontline service delivery teams, as well as guiding senior managers and ministers on operational matters.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic oversight of key issues and risks affecting courts and tribunals
  • Nurturing and maintaining critical relationships within the Ministry and with external partners
  • Cultivating a culture of excellence through coaching and supporting colleagues

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with the Machinery of Government and court operations is advantageous
