About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Cafe Shift Supervisor to join our team at Mitre 10 Wainuiomata. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of front-of-house staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating the daily operations of the cafe.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  2. Ensure excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and resolving complaints effectively.
  3. Coordinate the daily operations of the cafe, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
