Job Description
We're looking for a skilled Reservations Agent to join our team at Rydges Rotorua. As a key member of our front office team, you'll be responsible for managing group reservations, updating reservations from external sources, and assisting the Front Office team as needed. You'll also provide guests with information about the hotel and activities, taking direction from the Reservations Supervisor when required.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert enquiries into bookings via phone and email
- Manage group reservations
- Update reservations from external sources
- Assist the Front Office team as needed
- Provide guests with information about the hotel and activities
- Take direction from the Reservations Supervisor as required

Requirements
- Experience in a similar role is beneficial
- Opera PMS knowledge is a plus, but not essential
- Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand
