The Job Description
A Support Worker assists individuals with daily living tasks, such as:
- Navigating public transportation
- Employment and financial management
- Meal preparation
Depending on the work environment, Support Workers may also assist with individual needs such as:
- Shopping
- Cleaning
- Showering
- Medication administration
Requirements
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and sleepover shifts
- Comfortable and proficient in using computers and tablets daily
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Physical fitness to provide necessary physical support
- Possession of a Full NZ driver's license
What We Offer
$23.84 - $29.10 per hour depending on relevant qualifications
IDEA Services will support you towards completion of the Level 2, 3 and 4 Certificates in Health and Wellbeing qualifications
