At Alter Global, we're revolutionizing the agricultural industry with our cutting-edge technology. As a Deployment Operations Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of this revolution, playing a crucial role in setting up and deploying our systems to farmers and graziers across New Zealand, Australia, and the USA.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about agriculture and technology. You'll be working closely with our customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will make all the difference in ensuring a seamless deployment experience.
In this role, you'll conduct radio modeling analysis of farms and ranches, create install plans, and communicate these plans to our customers. You'll also be responsible for timely delivery of install planning processes, ensuring that our deployment milestones are met in line with customer expectations.
Our office culture is something special. We believe in-person connections are key to driving growth, learning, impact, and building genuine long-lasting relationships. Strong relationships make it easier to disagree, give feedback, and do meaningful and aligned work. If you value collaboration and teamwork, you'll thrive in our dynamic environment.
To succeed in this role, you'll need exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations. Experience with project management tools like ASANA or Virtual Surveyor would be an added bonus.
We're committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace – a place where we can each be ourselves and do the best work of our lives. So, if you're passionate about agriculture, technology, and making a real difference, apply now
