About the Role:

Global Exchange Group is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand.

As the HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to the General Manager and contributing to the development of our HR function.

Your primary focus will be on managing day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.

You will also play a key role in maintaining accurate employee records, scheduling meetings and events, and coordinating training and development initiatives.

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business growth and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Maintain open communication channels with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
