Job Description:

The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and development, by leading the entire sales cycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Developed and implemented strategies for marketing, sales, and support departments
  • Recruited, trained, and managed teams in these areas, including key account managers and marketers
  • Created and implemented processes and best practices for efficient workflows
  • Managed budgets for new departments and ensured cost efficiency
  • Closely cooperated with management and other departments to achieve company objectives

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant B2B inside-sales experience in global trade
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting/surpassing targets and KPIs, with the capability of handling larger ticket deals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM software
  • High motivation and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
