Job Details
This is a part-time role, offering 25 hours per week. The hours and days are flexible and can be discussed with the right candidate. You will report to the Business Performance Manager and work closely with the Design team.
Your Responsibilities
- Administer project information management systems and ensure accurate document control.
- Track, manage, and upload documentation within the document management system, ensuring all approvals and communication are up to date.
- Perform quality and compliance checks on documentation, adhering to project protocols.
- Liaise with stakeholders to distribute project-related information and provide updates.
- Offer clear direction, advice, and training on the document control process to the Design team and other key stakeholders.
Your Qualifications
- Experience using document management software.
- Knowledge of construction documents is advantageous.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
