As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to meet organizational needs and stay aligned with national directives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design and review policies to ensure buy-in, robustness, coherence, and implementability.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):**

  • Development and implementation of effective HR policies and procedures.
  • Stakeholder engagement and participation in policy design and review.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, good quantitative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate concepts into implementation plans.
