Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in New Zealand and Australia. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will handle a variety of HR tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient employee experience.
  • You will play a pivotal role in managing our global HRIS system, supporting worldwide HR programs, and providing administrative support to our executive team.
  • Your responsibilities will include educating and advising managers on statutory or regulatory requirements, overseeing benefits administration, maintaining local employee records, and managing annual compensation reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Years of HR Generalist experience with previous HRIS management experience.
  • Experience working in a global company or in the IT industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as exemplary interpersonal skills with a positive and tactful approach.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills, along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel.
