Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and work closely with our CEO, CFO, COO, and GM to support ongoing HR and strategic projects. You will build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, ensuring that you always demonstrate integrity, strong ethics, and values, together with dedicated customer focus with every interaction. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing dedicated end-to-end support, guidance, and services to the business region to achieve strategic outcomes.
- Supporting the business in relation to performance management, remuneration reviews, promotions, and transitions as well as day-to-day human resource management.
- Supporting employee relations along with policy interpretation, workplace investigations, and complaint management.
- Developing engagement and retention strategies.
- Fostering an engaged, committed, and customer-centric workforce where staff embrace change, are flexible, and agile in their work.
- Organisational redesign and change management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
