We're looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Security Operations Lead. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organisation's security strategies and programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing robust security policies, protocols, and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Providing expert risk management, business process improvement, and customer service skills.
  • Supervising and guiding two security specialists.
  • Establishing incident response procedures to address security threats in a timely manner.
  • Serving as the primary security liaison for project teams, providing guidance on security requirements, risk assessments, and compliance.

A successful candidate will be a confident problem-solver with excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively across teams and organisational boundaries. Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in security management, physical security systems, incident investigation, and reporting.
  • Certification as a physical security professional and certified protection professional.
  • Strong leadership skills, including experience with performance management and staff development.
  • Ability to work effectively with technology and possess strong MS Office skills.
  • Extensive experience in policy and procedure development, financial management, and budgeting.
  • Experience working in 24/7 operations across multiple industrial sites.
