  • Work closely with your Store Manager to drive high-performing and successful initiatives.
  • Contribute to local community activations, partnering with sporting events and managing relationships with healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder or supervisor.
  • A motivated 'Make it Happen' attitude.
  • A passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed.
  • A proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPIs and targets.
  • Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
