The Service Coordinator will coordinate and support the FSE team to increase the competitive advantage of STERIS business and customer satisfaction in the Australian and New Zealand market.

Key Tasks

">
  1. Install base database maintenance, including warranty management.
  2. Prepare and issue service quotations.
  3. Administer service contracts, including elaboration, billing, and revenue management.
  4. Manage service order entry and processing, including parts, labor, and contracts.
  5. Review customer purchase orders and work with the DSM to resolve any discrepancies.
  6. Assign equipment entitlements and maintain changes to preventative maintenance schedules.
  7. Maintain vital documentation and keep data updated according to local SOPs.

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Adequate years of relevant working experience.
  • Prior field experience in medical device repair or hospital medical equipment management is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel functions and Pivot Table Analysis, as well as Oracle system capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  • An independent, meticulous, and organized approach.
  • A strong sense of initiative, responsibility, and positive work attitude.
  • A team player mentality.
