About the Role

The Cloud Infrastructure Lead will oversee the management of client infrastructure, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services aligned with contractual obligations. This involves maintaining and supporting client infrastructure, managing cloud and infrastructure configuration and upgrades, and providing problem analysis and resolution for complex issues.

Additionally, the Cloud Infrastructure Lead will manage Service Desk services within an ITIL framework, ensure robust procedures and processes within the service delivery teams, and provide proactive management to drive down reactive and unpredictable elements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure client infrastructure is maintained and supported to achieve efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Manage cloud and infrastructure configuration and upgrades, problem analysis and resolution for complex problems
