The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Dunedin store. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth, managing teams, and delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and operational excellence.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain a strong focus on visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage to ensure optimal store performance.
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills, knowledge, and career aspirations.
  • Ensure efficient OH&S management and adherence to state and national legislation.
