- Maintain accurate records and reports to track store performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Previous experience in a retail role or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
